Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital business cards are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or using the product as intended, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

  • You are dissatisfied with the service, and your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Refundable Circumstance

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or preference after purchase.

  • Failure to use or access the product due to factors beyond our control (e.g., lack of compatible devices or internet access).

  • The service has been utilized extensively, indicating full use of the product's benefits.

  • Refund requests made beyond the 14-day window.

How to Request a Refund
 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, purchase details, and a brief description of the issue or reason for the refund request.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider's policies.
